1. Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and transferred to our shipping partners within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). During periods of high demand, a minor delay may occur. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please check your junk or spam folder if the email is not immediately visible. Note: Occasionally, product backorders may extend the shipment preparation time.
Carrier Information
We utilize reliable shipping services, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once a package departs our facility, it is under the carrier’s responsibility. While we monitor progress, we cannot directly influence the transit time or handling procedures once the carrier is in possession of the shipment.
Tracking and Insurance
- Tracking: For the most current and accurate delivery status, please use the tracking number provided and consult the respective carrier’s website directly.
- Insurance: Shipping insurance is included with all orders to protect against packages confirmed as lost or damaged while in transit with the carrier.
Claims for Loss or Damage
- Lost Packages: A minimum waiting period of 20 business days from the carrier’s initial pick-up date must pass before we can officially declare a package lost and submit an insurance claim.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. To initiate a claim, our insurance provider mandates clear photographs of both the damaged product and the internal and external shipping packaging.
- Theft: Our insurance policy does not cover packages that are successfully confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently stolen from the delivery location. Elite Biologix is not responsible for losses due to theft after delivery confirmation.
Shipping Options & Timing
We provide a variety of shipping methods. Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over
$400.00 (pre-tax/shipping total). Our expedited options include USPS Priority, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Overnight, FedEx Overnight with Signature Required, and FedEx Saturday Delivery (for orders placed Friday before noon PST). Orders that are placed, paid for, and processed by 12:00 PM PST on a business day typically ship out the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will ship the following business day.

2. Returns and Replacements Policy

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the research-grade nature and sensitivity of our products, and to ensure product integrity for all customers, we cannot accept items back once they have left our facility. Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

- Incorrect Orders: If we ship an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will issue a replacement for your original order.
- Damaged or Suspect Defective Items: We uphold our quality standards. If an item is damaged upon arrival or you suspect a product is defective, you must notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
- Defective Claims: Claims of a product being defective require proof in the form of an HPLC test result from an accredited laboratory. Unsubstantiated or anecdotal claims will not be considered.

3. Product Purity and Quality Guarantee
We have absolute confidence in the purity and quality of every product we sell.
Our Guarantee: If you arrange for an accredited, third-party laboratory to test one of our products, and the resulting Certificate of Analysis (CoA) demonstrates a purity level below 95% or a quantity more than 10% below the labeled dose, we commit to:
- Covering the cost of the test.
- Issuing a full refund, store credit, or replacement for that specific product.
Conditions of Guarantee:
- This guarantee requires test results from an accredited lab whose findings we can verify directly via telephone within the United States.
- Researcher Responsibility: This guarantee does not apply if the labeled dosage refers to the entire salt compound, and the active component’s yield is scientifically established to be lower. It is the researcher’s responsibility to understand the chemical yield of their compounds.

Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue is strictly discouraged.
Consequences of Chargeback:
- Permanent Ban: Your customer account and all linked information (name, email, address) will be permanently barred from future purchases from Elite Biologix. This information may be shared within a vendor network for fraud prevention purposes.
- Contest: The chargeback will be vigorously contested using all available evidence, including your order history and adherence to these published policies.
- Fee: Should the chargeback ultimately be resolved in your favor, a $35 processing fee will be deducted from any future refund or credit to cover administrative costs.
