"Research Use Only" (RUO) is a classification indicating that a product is intended exclusively for laboratory research and experimental investigation.
These products are not intended for human or veterinary use, have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy, and must not be used for diagnostic, therapeutic, or any other clinical purpose.
Orders are generally processed and transferred to our shipping partners within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed and paid by 12:00 PM PST on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
Lost Packages: A minimum waiting period of 20 business days from the carrier's initial pick-up date must pass before we can officially declare a package lost and file an insurance claim.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Our insurance provider requires clear photographs of both the damaged product and the internal and external shipping packaging to initiate a claim.
Theft: Our insurance policy does not cover packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently stolen from the delivery location. We are not responsible for losses due to theft after delivery confirmation.
