Lost Packages: A minimum waiting period of 20 business days from the carrier's initial pick-up date must pass before we can officially declare a package lost and file an insurance claim.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Our insurance provider requires clear photographs of both the damaged product and the internal and external shipping packaging to initiate a claim.
Theft: Our insurance policy does not cover packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently stolen from the delivery location. We are not responsible for losses due to theft after delivery confirmation.
To protect order accuracy, all packages are photographed with their shipping label prior to dispatch. Signature confirmation is required for high-value orders.
